Nest count remains at 67. No new nests today.
Signs of hatching continues on the nests …

Volunteers also found a huge ghost crab hole that had flies and maggots - and after investigating it to make sure it wasn’t an undetected “wild nest” - it was found to have been buried fish remains.

Two nests were inventoried this morning. These were the stats :

As we move into the last half of the Turtle nesting season - Please continue to pick up trash and fill in holes ! And No lights on the beach at night!
