Volunteers and visitors that showed up for tonight’s inventory were given an extra special surprise, one that I’ve waited 6 years to see. Nest 8 hatched 27 babies to the delight of all in attendance. Nest inventory stats on nest 1 & 6 will be posted later.

Great pictures Beth! What an awesome night it was and a first for me too! Not to mention the 11 additional hatchlings we saved during the inventory of Nest #1.
