It was a breezy morning...

There were no new nests on the beach today. Nest count remains at 63.

Nest #4 and Nest #10 hatched.

Volunteers also did a nest inventory on nest #1.

Nest #10 with tiny turtle tracks leading to the sea - and Volunteers watching Beth take a sample from a deceased hatchling for paternity testing. As we get further into nesting and now hatching season we would like to remind you to keep those lights off on the beach at night !

Clean up your trash and fill in holes. 🚮🕳️🐢
