I updated the plot for nests by month with 2025 data so far.

The plot show data For the month of May, going back to 2013

On the average on HI, May’s nests account for about 19.5% of nests for the season. June’s nests account for about 45% of nests for the season. We can’t tell a lot, imho, about how nests for the season turn out for the season by May’s numbers. They could be anywhere from 92 to 164, with the average around 128.

By the end of June we will have a better idea.
