Nest 15 was found in zone 4 at the wrack line. 90 eggs were moved to higher ground, 6 were found broken in the nest cavity.

Nest 16 was found and left in situ in zone 5. (Pictured is nest 16)

ANNOUNCING a public nest inventory Wednesday, September 21 at 6 PM. Park in lot A and enter the beach, look south (right) for the volunteers in orange shirts. Bring the kids!

Late post... Wednesday was a quiet day on patrol …the weather was cool, low humidity, and a slight breeze.. After patrol volunteers conducted a nest inventory on nest #129 that was over 70 days old.
