As the turtle season continues to wind down.. there is less activity on the beach. Volunteers patrolled this morning monitoring the few remaining nests and continue to clean up trash. The momma turtles may have left the area, but the bugs were in abundance!

The sunrise was spectacular.. as was the MOON. No matter the day or time of year, Hunting Island is beautiful.
