Lots of activity for Wed volunteers today

There were 5 NNC today. 3 in Zone 2 and 2 in Zone 3. Also found were 3 nests all in Zone 4. Nest # 50 was moved with 89 eggs relocated, nest #51 was left in situ, and nest # 52 was a wild nest that hatched today. It was depredated, after hatching thankfully, and one live hatchling was found trying to make his way through the wrack. He was set free to make his way down to the water. This nest had a good hatching success rate at 90 some percent.
