Wednesday wanderings….

The nesting season may have slowed down… but we aren’t done just yet!! Nest #172 was located in zone 5, along with a NNC. We had nest #62 and nest #75 hatch..

One more thing to note:

One of our turtle teams reported collecting over 50 pieces of trash this morning ! This was just in their zone alone. 😳 This is sad to see. We need to do better - Please be mindful of your trash. Trash on the beach is harmful to our wildlife, unsanitary, and unsightly. If you see trash please take it with you! Carry in - carry out. Thanks!
