Persistence Pays Off

Today, the turtlers were warriors. Zone 2 rendered one non-nesting crawl and one nest that nearly drove the prober insane. Like the old postman phrase, she worked through pelting rain and strong winds, but she ultimately delivered. If she probed once, she probed at least 50 times’- through

frustration, exhaustion, and hopeful little pops that turned out to be nothing.

Again, and again.

However I am overjoyed to report that nest number 220 is officially in the books. If there was a way to take a victory lap, we would’ve done it!
